William Lawson’s is sweet and medium-bodied in style with a high malt content. At its core is the single malt of Macduff distillery married with various bold malts and grain whiskies with a fruit forward character no peated whisky is added.
To the nose, Jameson has a light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes. It’s the perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.
At bottle strength the full rich flavours burst and fill the mouth a creamy peat tang and a touch of vanilla’s soft gentleness. If a touch of water is added then the flavours increase with the addition of a sweet ripe fruit start followed but the tang of peat.
